Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the execution of new build infrastructure and expansion/retrofit projects within the Global Engineering, Maintenance, & Sustainability (GEMS) Organization. You will lead a team of support personnel and coordinate resources to meet timelines and budgets while driving standardization across the network.

This role requires up to 80% nationwide travel and relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing programs, delivering difficult projects across multiple orgs.
• Secure resources, scope efforts, set milestones and drive delivery.
• Own program communications, accelerate progress, resolve blockers and escalate as needed.
• Influence design and development of strategic processes.
• Coordinate with business leaders to support critical initiatives.
• Develop and govern execution of all functions of the program or project.
