Job summary

Amazon Web Services is looking for an Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to support and deploy one of the world’s largest and most complex telecommunication networks. The role drives strategic plans to improve business processes and deployment of hyper‑scaled cloud infrastructure within the Global Connectivity Infrastructure Delivery team.

You will collaborate with engineers, vendors, and senior management to ensure on‑time delivery, quality, and risk management across North and South

Qualifications

3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
2+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of project mgmt disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive overall Network Infrastructure strategy as a GCID-FD team member.
Manage vendor relationships to deploy on time and measure progress with KPIs.
Develop a quality management program tracking defects and risks; standardize root cause analysis.
Create and maintain reporting mechanisms for the GCID-FD group and provide progress updates to management.
Periodically report on the network development program status for the region.
Coordinate and track deployment of approved network plans with internal customers and vendors.
