Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Sr. Program Manager within Global Engineering Strategy (GES) to drive programmatic execution across the organization.

You will oversee cadence, reporting, and delivery across regions, collaborating with engineering, real-estate, and product teams to ensure efficient, scalable design and deployment of data center projects. The role requires managing complex programs, driving governance, and maintaining alignment with leadership on KPIs and project status

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple geographies.
• Experience with program governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the GES program cadence: MBRs, quarterly reviews, goal tracking, and leadership reporting.
• Drive programmatic oversight and reporting of design intercepts and new template deployment.
• Maintain the single source of truth for design project delivery status across all regions.
• Develop and maintain tooling and databases for design attribute tracking.
• Facilitate execution of design project strategy approvals and changes.
