Job summary

Amazon Global Engineering Services (GES) seeks a strategic Senior Program Manager to lead and scale the ordering function for new build infrastructure and expansion projects within the GEMS organization. This role defines the long-term vision for ordering operations and partners with senior leadership to deliver across 450+ projects valued at $5B+.

This is an office-based role with up to 10% travel and potential relocation support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for the ordering function.
• Design scalable frameworks and SOPs to enable growth without proportional headcount increases.
• Identify and drive AI, ML, and automation solutions to transform workflows.
