Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure builds across global data centers.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration among engineering, security, and operations teams, ensuring delivery against defined goals and milestones. You will write PR/FAQs, coordinate with internal and external partners, and help secure resources while advancing strategic program documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Business, Supply Chain or related quantitative discipline required.
• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience and knowledge of best practices for infrastructure.
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds and cross‑functional collaboration.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage difficult and cross‑functional infrastructure builds and goals.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and with vendors, customers, partner teams, and engineering.
• Own program communication, status updates, and strategic documentation.
• Understand business problems and drive delivery with technical managers.
