Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading architecture for cloud-native platforms or distributed infrastructure.
• 3+ years as Principal/Staff/Distinguished Engineer or Technical Lead.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technical vision for TSMC's global infrastructure platform.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and multi-region architecture.
• Establish multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business growth.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead architecture reviews.
• Partner with AI, Data, Network & Security teams to ensure platform consistency.
• Collaborate with teams in North America and Taiwan to standardize platform capabilities.
