Job summary

TSMC Washington is seeking a Global Infrastructure Tech Leader to define the architecture and long-term roadmap for our enterprise infrastructure platform. You will lead cloud-native platform design supporting engineering, AI, manufacturing systems, and developer productivity across regions.

Lead architecture reviews, set governance, and collaborate with teams in North America and Taiwan to ensure scalable, resilient infrastructure with high availability and automation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading architecture for cloud-native platforms or distributed infrastructure.
• 3+ years as a Principal/Staff/Distinguished Engineer or Technical Lead.
• Strong technical communication with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical vision for TSMC's global infrastructure platform.
• Develop architectural standards and engineering best practices.
• Drive infrastructure modernization across global engineering organizations.
• Build multi-region, cloud-native platforms including private, hybrid, and multi-cloud.
