TSMC Washington is seeking a Network & Security Tech Leader to define the architecture and engineering direction for global network and security platforms. You will partner with teams across North America and Taiwan to design secure, resilient services for cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, and manufacturing environments.

This role demands deep expertise in enterprise networking, cloud networking, cybersecurity, distributed systems, and zero-trust architecture, with leadership to mentor

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 12+ years of networking or security engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale networking or cybersecurity architecture.
• 3+ years as Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Security Architect, or Technical Lead.
• Strong technical communication across global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical strategy for enterprise networking and cybersecurity platforms.
• Lead architecture decisions across networking, identity, security, and cloud connectivity.
• Drive standards, roadmaps, and architectural governance.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads.
