Job summary

TSMC Washington in Vancouver, WA seeks a seasoned Network & Security Tech Leader to define architecture, strategy, and engineering direction for the Network and Security Platform, partnering with teams across North America and Taiwan.

You will lead enterprise networking, cloud networking, and zero-trust security, guiding global infrastructure for cloud, AI, and manufacturing, with hands-on architectural governance and mentorship of senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of networking or security engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale networking or cybersecurity architecture.
• 3+ years’ experience serving as Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Security Architect, or Technical Lead.
• Strong technical communication skills for collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical strategy for enterprise networking and cybersecurity platforms.
• Lead architecture decisions across networking, identity, security, and cloud connectivity.
• Drive engineering standards, technical roadmaps, and architectural governance.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads.
• Lead cross-functional architecture reviews for mission-critical systems.
• Influence engineering strategy across multiple organizations.
