Job summary

Cat Pumps seeks an experienced International Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across assigned international markets. You will work with distributors, OEMs, end users, and internal teams to translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue and profitability.

You will travel internationally, build strong customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage forecasts and pipeline while protecting margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 8+ years in international sales or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record in profitable sales growth and closing complex opportunities.
• Experience selling engineered/technical industrial products to distributors, OEMs, or strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability for assigned international markets.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans with target markets and channel strategies.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, quotations, and closing activities.
• Travel internationally to understand customer operations and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to deliver solutions and support.
