Job summary

Western Digital Corporation is seeking an experienced Global Incentives Compensation Program Manager to join the Total Rewards team. This role carries end-to-end accountability for short-term and long-term incentives and recognition programs.

You will drive strategy, design, implementation, and governance, collaborating with Finance, HRIS and cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimized performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a large, complex corporate environment.
• End-to-end ownership of short- and long-term incentive programs including design, modeling, and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience building compensation tools and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Workday or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the strategy, design, implementation and ongoing improvement of short-term incentive, long-term incentive and employee recognition programs.
• Lead end-to-end administration and governance of global incentive programs, including Workday requirements and payout execution.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and operational integrity of incentive plans.
• Analyze program effectiveness, cost and performance; surface insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, accruals and budget management.
• Manage company-wide recognition programs and vendor relationships.
• Promote recognition campaigns with Internal Communications and HR.
