Job summary

WD is seeking an experienced Global Incentive Program Manager to join our Total Rewards team in California. This role carries end-to-end accountability for short-term, long-term incentives, and employee recognition programs.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of compensation experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Workday. You will partner with Finance, HRIS, and Communications to design, implement, and govern incentive programs at a global scale.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive compensation experience in a large, complex environment.
• End-to-end ownership of incentive programs including design, modeling, and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and dashboards.
• Experience building and maintaining compensation tools and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Workday or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Strong PM skills to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, implementation and improvement of short-term and long-term incentive programs.
• Administer and govern incentive programs; ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
• Partner with Finance for forecasting, accruals, and budget management.
• Manage company-wide recognition programs and vendor relationships.
• Develop compensation dashboards with HRIS/People Analytics.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications and HR to promote recognition campaigns.
