Job summary

Google is seeking an Agency Tools and Infrastructure Global Incentives Manager to lead end-to-end operations for large partner incentive programs. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Accounting while coordinating with regional agency teams to scale programs across Video, Search, and Measurement.

The role requires guiding guardrails, developing collateral, and reducing seller friction, with a strong emphasis on ROI and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operational design for the Incentives program (e.g. ATF), driving co-innovation across growth areas like video, measurement and search.
  • Establish operational guardrails, define frameworks to measure partner-level ROI, and deliver high-impact collateral and playbooks that accelerate program adoption across agency networks.
  • Refine incentive deployment to minimize friction for internal sales leads and external agency teams.
  • Lead alignment across internal stakeholders—including Finance, Legal, and Accounting—while working directly with large customer sales (LCS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) GTM to activate program strategy globally.
  • Translate regional agency needs and market nuances into unified operational frameworks, scaling incentive programs across Google’s top agency partners.
