Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
• Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational design for the Incentives program, driving co-innovation across growth areas like video, measurement and search.
• Establish operational guardrails, define frameworks to measure partner ROI, and deliver collateral that accelerates program adoption across agency networks.
• Refine incentive deployment to minimize friction for internal sales leads and external agency teams.
• Lead alignment across Finance, Legal, and Accounting, while working with large customer sales and GTM to activate program strategy globally.
• Translate regional agency needs and market nuances into unified operational frameworks, scaling incentive programs across Google’s top agency partners.
