About The Job

The Global Incentives team is a driver behind our commercial strategy, designing and executing programs (i.e. additive tech fund (ATF), video incentive program, media trials program, media readiness program) that drives business results for our partners and customers. Our mission is to build global incentives as well as the tools, systems, workflows and communications -that allows our incentive programs to scale with speed and precision.

In an engaged ecosystem, you will manage end-to-end operations and workflows for the global incentives program. Your focus will be on establishing robust guardrails, maximizing return on investment (ROI), streamlining processes, and developing key collateral and communications -all designed to minimize seller friction.
