Hisense USA is seeking an Inbound Logistics Manager to optimize and streamline supply chain operations from international origins to final customers. You will lead end-to-end logistics, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, KPI development, carrier management, and international travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, business management, or related field.
3+ years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
Experience with international suppliers and carriers.
Ability to lead end-to-end processes with international shipment and cost analysis.
Ability to manage carrier bidding processes.
Ability to monitor daily/weekly/monthly and troubleshoot with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Excel (PivotTable & Lookup) and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel internationally and domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Data analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret logistics operation data to identify improvements.
Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and good condition.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer service to optimize the supply chain.
Develop and track KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness, and report deviations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities; evaluate vendor costs, transportation, warehousing, negotiate contracts.
