Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Strong data entry and detail orientation.
• Familiar with invoices, bills of lading, airway bills, freight invoices, and customs documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the customs clearance process for inbound international shipments.
• Prepare and review import documentation for assigned accounts for Customs Brokers.
• Track inbound shipments from assigned countries and suppliers to support timely delivery.
• Analyze parts to determine HTS classifications and country-of-origin requirements.
• Manage the clearance of approx. 6,500 import entries annually and respond to daily inquiries.
