Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or five years of Customer Support/Inside Sales experience in an industrial business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Good communication skills – spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information to Distributors regarding order status, availability and specifications.
• Coordinates distributor machine and attachment orders and post goods delivery in SAP.
• Maintains complete files on each order and tracks pricing and invoicing terms.
• Expedites shipments to meet delivery commitments.
• Provides distributor training and SAP support for entering orders.
