Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to support the distribution manager in daily operations. The role involves processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with transportation to ensure timely shipments and billing.

You will engage with customers and vendors, manage data entry, and maintain SOPs while upholding company standards and compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and distribution accounts daily.
• Provide accurate, timely operational reports and stock checks.
• Post inventory records and generate paperwork for work orders.
• Enter data for receiving, allocation, shipping and inventory management.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Operations on shipping and expedite orders.
• Maintain client and vendor billing accuracy and respond to inquiries.
• Keep damage records and backorder logs; handle returns efficiently.
