Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to ensure shipments clear customs and records are accurately filed. The role requires understanding customer requirements and rate structures while invoicing services and tracking costs.

Candidates should have 3 years of Import/Export or Logistics experience, strong communication skills, and adeptness with MS Office in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with Lineage and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ Import/Export or Logistics experience; or combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain records on required documents; and resolve all issues to obtain customs clearance.
• Understand customer’s business, requirements, and rate structure; issue invoices for services rendered and accrue costs in system
• Review and update customer files
• Support internal customer metrics
