Job summary

Cavalier Logistics is seeking an Entry-Level Import Coordinator to join our import team. The successful candidate will assist in processing documentation required by CBP for entry of goods into the US and provide excellent customer service through clear communication from origin to destination.

This position is designed for someone at the beginning of their career with no prior professional experience required.

The successful Import Coordinator is responsible for processing documentation required by Customs and Border Protection for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers and providing excellent customer service through clear communication from origin to destination. This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career - no prior professional experience required. If you're curious, motivated, and ready to learn, this position is for you. We'll provide training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you build practical skills and confidence. Basic computer skills (e-mail, documents, internet research) and the willingness to learn and try new things required.

Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:
