Job summary

TRAX USA Corp in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking a Project Coordinator I to join the PMO team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to coordinate and track project activities, opportunities, and risks, and to prepare action plans with resources, timeframes and budgets.

The role involves schedule and risk management, administrative duties, and maintaining project docs, with frequent interaction with PMO leadership. Domestic and international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business management or related field with 2–3 years experience (or 5 years equivalent).
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience as Project Coordinator or Admin with Trax products (Trax/EMRO/eMobility Suite).
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent client-facing and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with risk management and QA control.
• Experience with project management tools and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery on schedule, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with PMO leaders and stakeholders on resources.
• Communicate project status and timeline changes.
• Define project requirements, scope, objectives, and priorities with clients.
• Address client requests and issues with quality.
• Resolve project problems with management support.
• Apply lessons learned to new Trax projects.
• Monitor budgets and control expenses.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
