Job summary

Global Payments Inc. seeks an Implementation & Onboarding Director to guide strategy and execution for partner onboarding, activation, and readiness.

You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, risk, and sales to deliver scalable implementations and measurable outcomes. You will own end-to-end lifecycle, governance, and performance metrics, building frameworks for efficiency, risk management, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in payments/fintech/SaaS implementations or related tech environments.
• 5+ years leading managers and large-scale delivery, implementation, program management, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Implementations and Technical Consulting teams, establishing structures and performance standards.
• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle, onboarding timelines, activation goals, and partner milestones.
• Oversee governance, portfolio health, risk management, issue resolution, and executive escalations across strategic partner implementations.
• Drive partner activation and readiness with scalable frameworks for technical, operational, go-to-market, and merchant activation readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Partner Success, Enablement, and Solution Engineering to deliver seamless onboarding.
