Job summary

Worldpay, LLC is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our implementation and technical consulting functions. You will lead teams, shape scalable operating models, and ensure seamless onboarding from contract through activation for key partners.

You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and performance metrics while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Risk to accelerate partner success and growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership and scaling of onboarding, implementation, activation, or delivery functions.
• Experience leading managers and large-scale delivery teams in payments/fintech.
• Strong governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in program/project management methodologies and governance.
• Experience improving partner activation and customer experience using data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of implementation and technical consulting.
• Lead high-performing teams and build scalable operating models for partner success.
• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from onboarding to activation and readiness.
• Oversee governance, portfolio health, risk, issues, and escalations across deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Support to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Lead transformation initiatives for workflow automation, tooling, and self-service capabilities.
