Job summary

Deloitte is hiring consultants to support global immigration programs, combining service delivery with technology and AI. You will work with engagement teams to gather requirements, manage product roadmaps, and lead client onboarding onto immigration platforms.

Based in a hybrid model across major offices, you will collaborate with teams worldwide, maintain data quality, produce reports, and drive innovations that improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering global immigration programme services to clients.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and present insights.
• Interest in using technology and AI to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize team workflows.
• Create SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
• Analyze KPIs and produce insightful client dashboards.
• Manage onboarding of clients to immigration tech platforms.
• Own end-to-end product management of immigration technology.
• Coordinate testing, QA cycles, and data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with global teams to align regulatory requirements.
