The role offers hybrid working in London with opportunities to lead on case strategy and collaborate across teams. You will work with engagement teams, receive on-the-job training, and engage in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal Japanese communication skills.
• Experience delivering UK immigration services to clients.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service and build solid client relationships.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technically accurate and commercially sound advice in Japanese with excellent client service.
• Provide day-to-day support to Analysts, including delegation and review.
• Lead and establish case strategy across visa applications for international moves.
• Maintain deep knowledge of UK Immigration Rules, laws and systems; stay updated on policy changes.
• Liaise with immigration authorities as needed.
• Prepare strategic and compliant advice for clients managing international business/lifestyle factors.
• Leverage AI to improve service delivery, knowledge management, and client communications.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort through AI-enabled solutions.
• Support knowledge management: news, training, thought leadership, and client projects.
• Use firm systems for data analysis, reporting, filing, and billing to ensure effective account management.
• Work effectively in diverse, inclusive teams and recognise colleagues' contributions.
