This rare hybrid role blends practice with innovation: you’ll manage complex cases and drive features that automate and scale legal workflows, with direct access to leadership and a pivotal role in product strategy.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Arizona bar license OR eligible for Arizona Admission on Motion (UBE passers and attorneys with 3+ years active practice in a reciprocal jurisdiction can apply without re-sitting the bar).
• 2–5 years of substantive US business immigration experience (H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, EB-1, PERM, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-track caseloads with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, accurate legal counsel on immigration processes including H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, EB-1, PERM.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to embed legal knowledge into the platform and help shape product roadmap.
• Represent Concord in client-facing webinars, guides, and industry discussions.
