You will collaborate with HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal while coordinating external immigration partners and vendors to support a high-volume caseload of work permits, renewals, and permanent residency. The role emphasizes automation and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years corporate immigration experience.
• Experience managing cases across multiple jurisdictions and visa types.
• Proven ability to meet SLAs and KPIs in enterprise programs.
• Experience coordinating external partners and vendors.
• Strong communication with HR, mobility, talent, and legal teams.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and documentation requirements.
• Interest in scalable processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage global immigration cases from initiation to completion across jurisdictions.
• Assess eligibility, develop case strategies, and communicate timelines.
