Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. employment-based immigration experience.
• Paralegal certificate and/or university degree.
• Familiarity with digital tools and technology-enabled solutions.

Responsabilités

• Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions (PERM and AOS).
• Respond to client inquiries with timely updates and data requests.
• Manage client programs and support special projects to enhance processes and service delivery.
