Job summary

Vialto Law is seeking a U.S. Business Immigration Paralegal (Associate through Manager) to support multinational clients with employment-based immigration. You will work under licensed attorneys to manage complex casework, mentor junior team members, and leverage technology to improve efficiency and service delivery.

The role offers hybrid work with 3–5 days in the office and locations across select U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration; Senior/Manager level preferred for higher roles.
• Paralegal certificate and/or university degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Vialto Law's technology-enabled solutions (including myMobility) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions (e.g., PERM, AOS).
• Respond to client inquiries via email and provide timely updates.
• Manage client programs and support special immigration projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking Business Immigration Paralegals at the Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager levels to support our multinational clients in navigating the U.S. employment-based immigration process. Under the supervision of licensed attorneys, you will manage complex casework, contribute to client program success, mentor junior team members (as applicable), and leverage technology to drive efficiency and deliver exceptional client service.

What You'll Do

• Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM and Adjustment of Status filings.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely updates and handling reporting and data requests.
• Manage client programs and support special projects designed to enhance immigration processes and service delivery.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members on U.S. immigration policies, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay current on U.S. immigration law, regulatory updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and service excellence.
• Leverage automation and technology to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Apply data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize immigration strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and provide consultative immigration support.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality across all casework and client deliverables.
• Uphold the firm's values by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration; additional experience preferred for Senior Associate and Manager-level positions.
• Paralegal certificate and/or university degree preferred.
• Strong interest in continuous learning and leveraging digital tools to enhance immigration services.
• Familiarity with Vialto Law's technology-enabled solutions (including myMobility and other digital tools) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client service orientation and collaborative approach.
