As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will play a vital role in managing complex employment-based immigration matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing strategic solutions that support global workforce mobility. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and legal teams to deliver efficient and impactful immigration outcomes.

We are seeking Business Immigration Paralegals at the Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager levels to support our multinational clients in navigating the U.S. employment-based immigration process. Under the supervision of licensed attorneys, you will manage complex casework, contribute to client program success, mentor junior team members (as applicable), and leverage technology to drive efficiency and deliver exceptional client service.
Employment Type: Regular / Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3-5 days per week in the office, based on business and office requirements)
Available Office Locations:
Compensation Range: $48,000 - $109,000
Compensation is determined based on geographic location, years of relevant experience, education, level, skills, and other job-related factors.
