Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to support our multinational clients in navigating the U.S. employment-based immigration process. Under the supervision of licensed attorneys, you will manage complex casework, support junior team members, and contribute to program improvements—while leveraging technology to drive efficiency and ensure exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM and Adjustment of Status filings.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely updates and handling reporting and data requests.
• Support program management efforts for key client accounts and contribute to special projects to enhance immigration processes.
• Assist in training junior team members on U.S. immigration policies, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay current on U.S. immigration law, regulatory updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and service excellence.
• Leverage automation and technology to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Apply data‑driven insights to support decision‑making and optimize immigration strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and provide thoughtful, solutions‑oriented support.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality across all casework and client deliverables.
• Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
• Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred.
• Strong interest in continuous learning and leveraging digital tools to enhance immigration services.
