Job summary

Vialto Law is seeking a U.S. Business Immigration Paralegal (Associate through Manager) to support multinational clients with employment-based immigration. You will work under licensed attorneys to manage complex casework, mentor junior team members, and leverage technology to improve efficiency and service delivery.

The role offers hybrid work with 3–5 days in the office and locations across select U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration; Senior/Manager level preferred for higher roles.
• Paralegal certificate and/or university degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Vialto Law's technology-enabled solutions (including myMobility) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions (e.g., PERM, AOS).
• Respond to client inquiries via email and provide timely updates.
• Manage client programs and support special immigration projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on policies, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay current on U.S. immigration law and regulatory updates to ensure compliance.
• Leverage automation and technology to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Apply data-driven insights to support immigration strategies and decision-making.
• Participate in client meetings and provide consultative immigration support.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality across all casework.
