Datadog in the United States is seeking an experienced immigration and mobility professional to lead programs across the Americas. You will partner with employees, Recruiting, People, Legal, and external counsel to deliver compliant, employee‑focused immigration and relocation services while maintaining accurate program data.

Day‑to‑day you will manage case workflows (H‑1B, F‑1, TN, E‑3, O‑1, J‑1, permanent residence), coordinate relocation for new hires and transfers, and develop reporting to

• Six+ years of experience in Human Resources, immigration, or mobility.
• Hands-on experience supporting immigration and relocation programs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, F-1, TN, E-3, O-1, J-1, PR).
• Experience partnering with immigration counsel and relocation providers.
