GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead enterprise Identity & Access Management initiatives, owning the backlog, defining Epics and User Stories, and ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role partners with IAM architects, business stakeholders and technology teams to transform IAM practices. You will drive delivery in a fast-paced, global environment across multiple delivery teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering products in Agile environments.
• Proven backlog management and requirement engineering in complex domains.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and business analysis in regulated sectors.

Aufgaben

• Own, maintain and prioritise the product backlog.
• Define Epics, Features and User Stories.
• Capture and refine business and technical requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria for backlog items.
• Work with Technical Leads and Architects to align priorities.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning.
• Balance delivery priorities with technical debt and operations.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple delivery teams.
• Engage business stakeholders and technology partners.
• Support demonstrations and UAT.
• Ensure regulatory, audit and compliance requirements are represented in the backlog.
• Monitor delivery progress and manage scope.
• Drive delivery of measurable business outcomes.
