Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an HTA, Value & Evidence Senior Manager to drive high-quality HV&E strategies that support access and reimbursement for oncology treatments on a global scale.

The role focuses on managing health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to generate data demonstrating the value of oncology medicines, collaborating with cross-functional teams and country partners to ensure timely patient access.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in HEOR or related field.
• 2+ years MSc/MPH/MBA; 1+ year PharmD/PhD/DrPH in HEOR or related field.
• Advanced understanding of HEOR concepts, health economics, PROs, study design, database analyses.
• Strong project management skills (contracting, budgeting, vendor management).
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills; matrix leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the Global HTA Value & Evidence Strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Lead execution of HEOR studies (non-interventional, registries) per global strategy.
• Lead updates of global value dossiers and economic models.
• Develop real-world evidence strategies to differentiate brands and value proposition.
• Coordinate input from country/regional Access & Value teams to support product value.
