Job summary

Amgen's Global HEOR team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HEOR strategy across assets, in collaboration with ASL and cross-functional partners. You will design and deliver payer-relevant evidence, PRO/COA approaches, and economic models to inform access decisions throughout the life cycle.

This global role requires partnering with Evidence Generation Team, GMAT, and top-10 countries, including the United States, and engaging vendors to ensure HTA readiness while aligning with overall access

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of health economics & outcomes research experience.
• Master's degree with 4 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 6 years experience.
• Associates degree with 10 years experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of health economics & outcomes research experience

Responsibilities

• Generate global-impact payer-relevant evidence, PRO/COA strategy, and evidence synthesis.
• Ensure delivery of global materials to support HTA submissions including the Global Value Dossier (GVD) and economic models.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete delivery via HEOR project plan.
• Maintain strong working relationships with top-10 countries, including the United States
