Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is seeking an Associate Director of Global Value Evidence Strategy to lead the development and execution of global HEOR strategies for CNS, nephrology and immunology assets. The role focuses on integrating evidence plans, coordinating studies, and delivering data that demonstrate value to payers and HTA authorities.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Health Services Research or Public Health with relevant experience.
• Experience in outcomes research including dossier submissions for reimbursement and in pharmacoeconomic model development.
• Strong knowledge of epidemiology, economics, psychometrics and medical writing.
• Strong expertise in non-interventional study designs and analysis of such data.
• Ability to develop hypotheses, protocols and statistical analysis plans.

Responsibilities

• Support global value evidence strategies by gathering and analyzing evidence needs for market access.
• Participate in development and maintenance of Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP) for products.
• Design and implement HEOR studies that support clinical, economic and patient-value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors to conduct evidence generation studies.
• Support publication planning and advisory meetings to gather stakeholder feedback.
