Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Director, HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) in the US to lead evidence generation for lung cancer and precision medicine. You will drive value demonstration, develop HEOR strategies, and oversee studies across the lifecycle, collaborating with Global HV&E, US Medical, and cross-functional teams.

You will influence trial design, ensure timely publication, and deliver payer-ready materials while navigating a complex US healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree minimum (MSc/MPH/PhD) required.
• 7+ years of experience with MSc/MPH/MBA; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or related fields.
• Deep understanding of health services research methods including health economic modeling and PROs.
• Knowledge of the US drug development process and healthcare environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral & written).
• Execution mindset and strong project management abilities for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the evidence generation strategy for lung cancer & precision medicine in Oncology.
• Coordinate inputs from US Medical, Market Access, and cross-alliance teams to inform evidence strategy.
• Design and execute HEOR studies (REAL-world, RWE, network meta-analyses) from concept to publication.
• Develop US value & evidence strategy with deliverables like AMCP dossiers and economic models.
• Provide strategic input into trial designs and PRO data interpretation for payer discussions.
• Ensure compliant dissemination of HEOR materials per regulatory guidance and SOPs.
• Develop partnerships with external experts and payers to support asset strategies.
