Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Value and Access to lead HEOR and market access activities for our oncology portfolio in the US and abroad.

You will manage real-world evidence studies, develop cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models, and support launch preparations for varegacestat. You'll partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to translate evidence into payer narratives, manage external partners, and ensure timely delivery in

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in HEOR, real-world evidence, market access, or related function within biotech/pharma/managed care/consulting.
• Experience executing HEOR or real-world evidence studies from concept to deliverable.
• Track record of peer-reviewed publications and scientific presentations at HEOR or clinical congresses.
• Experience translating clinical, economic, and outcomes evidence into payer value messages or market access deliverables.
• Launch experience preferred but not required.
• Oncology, rare disease, or specialty product experience preferred.
• Experience managing external research partners, consultants, data vendors, or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop HEOR strategy and evidence planning aligned with development, medical, regulatory, and market access priorities.
• Lead real-world evidence studies using claims, EHR, and secondary data sources.
• Develop cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models for development and HTA submissions.
• Conduct literature reviews, indirect comparisons, and network meta-analyses.
• Produce study protocols, analysis plans, reports, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts; ensure timely delivery.
