Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Research Associate for HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) in Global Access and Value Thoracic & Precision Medicine Oncology. The role supports early clinical development programs and reports to HV&E team members.

You will conduct HEOR and real-world studies, supporting outcomes strategy, literature reviews, econ modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid, US-based position with contractor terms via Atrium.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health services research or related field.
• 1–2 years of post-graduate experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, analysis, and reporting of deliverables to support asset development from pre-launch through late-stage development.
• Plan and conduct HEOR/real-world data studies, including database analyses and observational studies.
• Support development of the patient-reported outcomes strategy in a clinical trial setting.
• Literature review and evidence synthesis.
• Support cost-effectiveness analyses and economic modeling.
• Develop presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Project and vendor management, including budget management support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional asset teams.
• Support other team projects or initiatives.
