Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, human resources, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HRIS, P&O technology, or P&O operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global people data strategy aligned with transformation priorities and goals.
• Harmonize P&O systems with a digital-first mindset and drive service model design and digitization.
• Lead a global, high-performing team and foster accountability, collaboration, and development.
• Oversee Workday HCM ecosystem ensuring performance, data integrity, and scalability.
