Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a strategic HRIS Manager to lead governance, roadmap, and evolution of our global HR technology ecosystem. This role supports over 2,300 employees across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, maximizing the value of Workday and other HR tech.

Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Technology, you will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experience, data integrity, compliance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience.
• 5+ years administering or leading Workday in a global organization.
• Experience managing enterprise HR technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Workday product roadmap across all modules.
• Develop a multi‑year HR technology strategy aligned with business growth and digital transformation objectives.
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Build business cases for new technology investments.
• Establish governance processes for Workday enhancements, releases, testing, and prioritization.
• Define system standards, design principles, and governance policies.
• Lead vendor selection, contract management, performance reviews, and service delivery.
• Ensure vendors meet project timelines, quality expectations, and budget commitments.
