Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners seeks a hands-on HRIS Manager to own Rippling as the system of record for people data, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and other HR tech. You will lead migration from legacy platforms, build scalable data processes, and enable managers and staff to self-serve with confidence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HRIS, HR operations, or HR systems experience.
• 2+ years hands-on Rippling administrator experience.
• Working knowledge of Rippling HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, custom fields, permission profiles, approval policies, workflow automation, and company settings.
• Experience building Rippling custom reports, dashboards, and multi-entity HR reports.
• Experience managing benefits carrier feeds, EDI/834 files, SFTP processes, or third-party HR system integrations.
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll setup, including pay rules, tax setup, deductions, and earnings codes.
• Strong data skills, including Excel or Google Sheets, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, bulk uploads, and data validation.
• Located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and able to work on-site at AMP’s Las Colinas/Irving headquarters on a hybrid schedule.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users in a field-based, multi-site workforce.

Responsibilities

• Rippling platform administration across HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting/ATS, and Spend/Expense modules.
• Configure and maintain company structure including legal entities, departments, locations, brands, job titles, pay groups, and approval chains.
• Build and manage role-based permissions and access for managers, HR, Finance, Operations, and corporate users.
• Design and maintain Rippling workflows and automations for onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leave tracking, and more.
• Lead migration from Paycom, Paylocity, and ADP into Rippling with data validation and sunset of legacy systems.
• Maintain data accuracy with recurring audits of job codes, pay rates, locations, and HRIS records.
• Own benefits carrier feeds, EDI/834, SFTP processes, and integrations connected to Rippling.
• Partner with Payroll & Benefits Manager to configure earnings codes, deductions, and multi-state payroll rules.
• Build Rippling reports and dashboards for headcount, turnover, compliance, and HR operations metrics.
• Support recruiting via Rippling Recruiting/ATS, including templates and workflows.
• Onboard acquired practices into Rippling and develop repeatable integration playbooks.
• Create SOPs, job aids, and provide user training and Tier-1 support.
