Moove AV is hiring a Director, Employee Relations & HR Compliance to architect global compliance strategy, develop scalable workplace standards, and serve as trusted advisor on employee relations across a high-growth workforce. Based in Phoenix, AZ, the role partners with legal and HR across regions.

The position oversees global mobility, leave programs, investigations, and complex terminations while ensuring multi-state and international policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on Employee Relations, HR Compliance, or Employment Law.
• Experience handling global employment contracts, immigration, and related legal processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR degrees or certifications (JD/MA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR compliance strategy for expansion and policy development (SOPs, handbooks).
• Oversee background screening, wage and hour compliance, and international payroll standards.
• Guide performance management, investigations, and complex employee separations; provide coaching to managers.
