Ethos Life is seeking an HR Systems Manager to oversee Global HRIS operations, drive system strategy, and streamline HR processes. You will work hands‑on with Headcount365 and BambooHR, ensuring data accuracy and scalable solutions across the organization.

This role combines technical design with strategic leadership. You will partner with HR and IT to deliver secure, compliant HRIS programs, mentor analysts, and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on HRIS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, security concepts, and systems architecture.
• Experience with reporting, testing, security design , and process automation within HR technology platforms.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, cross‑functional HRIS initiatives and implement new Headcount365 and BambooHR functionality.
• Own and influence the HRIS roadmap by partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions and identify risks and dependencies.
• Lead resolution of highly complex HRIS issues including root cause analysis and long‑term solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for annual and enterprise‑wide HR programs (e.g., performance management).
• Partner with IT and vendors to support integrations, upgrades, and security maintenance.
• Establish and maintain high‑quality system documentation, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Mentor and guide HRIS analysts through knowledge sharing and best‑practice coaching.
