Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, security concepts, and systems architecture.
• Experience with reporting, testing, security design, and process automation within HR technology platforms.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional HRIS initiatives and enhancements.
• Own and influence HRIS roadmap with senior stakeholders to align system strategy with priorities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions, identifying risks and downstream impacts.
• Resolve highly complex HRIS issues, including root-cause analysis and long-term solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise HR programs (e.g., performance management, promotions, payroll year-end).
• Partner with IT and vendors to support integrations, upgrades, and security maintenance across the HR systems ecosystem.
• Establish and maintain high-quality system documentation, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Mentor HRIS analysts through knowledge sharing, design reviews, and best-practice coaching (no direct people management).
