Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance HR technology with emphasis on Greenhouse. You will serve as a liaison among HR, IT, and vendors to ensure HR systems meet business needs and user requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, process improvement mindset, and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years working with HRIS, HR tech, or Talent Management systems.
• Experience configuring and administering HRIS or Talent Management apps.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise ATS.
• Experience supporting integrations and troubleshooting system issues.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS/Talent Management apps, primary focus on Greenhouse.
• Manage security, user access, updates, configuration changes, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans for changes, integrations, and enhancements.
• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Manage relationships with Greenhouse and other HR tech vendors; coordinate updates and training.
