Job summary

TVH seeks an HRIS Analyst to own HRIS operations across the Americas, driving the strategy for our global HR tech stack (Workday and UKG). This hands-on role translates messy business needs into scalable tech solutions and partners with IT, HR leadership, and stakeholders to continuously improve systems.

You’ll be the central HRIS expert for the region, ensuring data integrity, security, and governance while shaping global HR technology decisions. Based in the Americas with travel to Belgium HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, HR Management, or equivalent experience/certifications.
• 5+ years in an HRIS environment — Workday and UKG experience strongly preferred.
• Strong grasp of HR policy paired with genuine technical/systems fluency.
• Comfort juggling multiple stakeholders and priorities with a structured approach.
• A builder's mindset — always looking for a better way to run things.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for HRIS issues and technical troubleshooting across the Americas.
• Act as the key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors on system design and implementation.
• Own core pieces of our data governance model — data integrity, security, and backup protocols.
• Lead implementation of global HRIS initiatives across Workday and UKG.
• Shape the long-term HR technology roadmap and drive enhancements and process improvements.
