Job summary

TVH is seeking a Functional Analyst HR to own HRIS operations for the Americas, partnering with HR and IT to roll out, integrate, and improve HRIS systems. You will translate HR needs into technical solutions and serve as the main HRIS contact across the region.

Based in Olathe, KS with some travel to Belgium headquarters, the role blends first-line support and global projects, focusing on Workday and UKG, data governance, security, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or HR Management or equivalent experience/certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience; Workday and UKG experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• First-line support in the Americas (30%): Escalation point for urgent issues and support for HR processes.
• Support HR and business reporting with data analytics skills.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders on HRIS design, processes and implementation projects.
• Oversee data governance, data integrity, security, and backups.
